We’re Hiring a Studio Administrative Assistant at West Coast Dance Arts
Do you love dance, people, and bringing positive energy to a space? Our fast-growing dance studio is looking for a Studio Administrative Assistant to be the warm welcome and friendly face that greets our dancers, families, and guests. At West Coast Dance Arts, we’re more than just a dance studio — we’re a community. You’ll be part of a supportive, energetic team where creativity, positivity, and connection are at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role
As the Studio Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our dance community. You’ll handle check-ins, answer questions, and support our teachers and directors to keep the studio running smoothly. Your role is all about creating a welcoming, organized, and professional environment.
Responsibilities

Greet students, parents, and visitors with a smile

Manage class check-ins and registrations

Answer phone calls, emails, and studio inquiries

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Assist with scheduling and studio events

Keep the lobby tidy and inviting

Support the studio team with administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Tech-savvy (comfortable with scheduling & payment systems)

A love for dance or the arts is a huge plus!

Availability

Monday-Thursday 3pm-7pm

Some weekends may be required for special events and community outreach with advanced notice.

We’re Hiring Dance Instructor for All Dance Styles
Do you love sharing your passion for dance and inspiring students to reach their potential? West Coast Dance Arts is looking for enthusiastic Dance Instructors to join our team! We’re a community-centered studio where dancers of all ages come to learn, grow, and shine. At West Coast Dance Arts we believe dance is for everyone. As an instructor, you’ll have the opportunity to share your artistry, shape young dancers, and be part of a supportive and fun-loving team.
About the Role
We are seeking a versatile instructor who enjoys teaching children, teens, and adults in a supportive and energetic environment. Classes range from recreational to performance-focused, and we’re looking for someone who can balance strong technique with creativity and fun.
Responsibilities

Teach engaging, age-appropriate dance classes (styles may include ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, tap, — depending on your expertise)

Create lesson plans and choreography for classes and performances

Provide constructive feedback to students while building confidence and love for dance

Communicate with parents and families in a professional and positive way

Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive classroom environment

Participate in studio events, showcases, and community performances

Experience teaching dance to multiple age groups

Strong technical background in one or more dance styles

Passion for inspiring students and building confidence through dance

Availability

Urgently Hiring for afternoon and evening classes.

Morning availability a plus to help cater to young dancers and our growing homeschool community.
